God, Our Father, we beseech You to X bless and X sanctify this relic taken from Your holy servant NN., (name of saint/s), May this relic that we will henceforth use in the ministry of healing, spiritual liberation and exorcism be a powerful and terrible weapon against the attacks of the evil one and his legions. May this relic mightily restrain the devil and his demons and all unclean spirits, rendering them powerless, unable to harm both the afflicted, Your priests and people. And to whoever this relic is used in the exercise of the ministry or wherever it is kept, may unclean and diabolic spirits flee in fear, never daring to harm nor approach.
